We select the proper herbicide for the weed and the type of grass you have. This allows us to control weeds and do very little damage to the turf. We also are able to select products that are least damaging when used in the appropriate season and weather conditions.

Killing one plant and not the other takes care and thoughtful actions. Use too much and everything dies.

We also apply Pre-Emergent herbicides in the winter. Most companies do this but the product last longer when used at the higher label rate. This cost more to do but we feel it is better to take full advantage of the products. The protection last 4 to 5 months the way we apply it. Most companies use a lower rate to save money but the product wears out in 2 to 3 months. It is also a good idea to combine lawn supplements and nutrients with weed killer in order to maximize results.
